So when we think of lighting for in-line sheet-fed printing presses, we believe that lighting devices must be designed exclusively.

Offset sheet-fed printers are precision machines that are designed to fully compute cylinder alignment and gripper position to print and deliver cut, unstable paper while maintaining strict register accuracy and various conditions.
In other words, there are many restrictions on the space and the like when the camera is positioned and the illumination is arranged, and the conditions for the inspection apparatus are not satisfied.
Under these conditions, if the inspection equipment is designed to meet the investment value of the printing company, the ability of the inspection equipment will not be able to achieve half of its capacity unless the lighting equipment is designed exclusively.

For example, if the illumination is bright, a clearly visible defect can actually be detected, but if the angle relative to the paper is not taken into account, the thin water turret will not be visible even if it is large.
Soil, paper scratches, and health checkouts will be less visible
It's not good because it's an LED. Many LED line-type lighting devices will catch too much unstable paper movement, and the buzzer of the inspection device will certainly sound.

These are examples, and the design of lighting equipment will vary depending on the manufacturer, size, type of work, and paper type and thickness of the printing press of the printing company.
